Small Group Fitness Classes (SGFC)

This small group is an excellent place for people who are active, people who are returning to fitness, or people who are new to fitness! Our small group fitness classes help to build your strength and achieve longevity. We used a mix of kettle bells, resistance bands, cardio movement, light weights, and core focused exercises to build positive fitness habits. You will also learn how to properly perform the most crucial Olympic-style lifts. The trainer offering this session is an expert who is designed to set you on the path to fitness excellence!
